You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it, before it enters our processing queue. 

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be in original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products unless they are defective.
